We are seeking a detail-oriented Bank Teller to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Process customer transactions promptly and accurately - Assist customers with account inquiries and problem resolution - Promote and upsell bank products and services - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments securely - Follow bank procedures for opening and closing accounts - Detect and prevent potential fraud through vigilant monitoring
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing - Experience in cash handling preferred - Familiarity with financial services products and sales techniques - Ability to operate a personal computer efficiently - Understanding of fraud prevention and detection methods Preferred Skills:
